The plastic surgery addict appears in an episode of Botched after admitting he can't breathe through his nose after his multiple rhinoplasties
A MAN nicknamed the Human Ken Doll has been warned his nose could “fall off and turn black” if he alters it again after his multiple surgeries.
Rodrigo Alves, 33, appears in a new episode of Botched, where he meets with doctors to see if they can help with his breathing issues caused by having three rhinoplasties in less than 15 months.

In the episode, which will air on E! this Sunday, Dr Nassif is unable to even examine Rodrigo, as his nose is too tight to allow an otoscope to fit inside.
He then attempts to insert a small, thin tool up the plastic surgery addict’s nose, but the passageway is completely blocked.
In the video clip, Dr Nassif says: “This is one of the worst results and complications that I've seen in my entire career.”
Rodrigo looks visibly distressed and says: “I feel like crying right now. I'm holding back not to cry, because I'm actually extremely worried.”
He has a right to be nervous, as the medical professionals shockingly reveal that one more surgery could see his nose die and fall off completely.

“You have no airway inside your nose. And it's short. So this is all scarred together. And now, since you just had surgery three months ago, it's going to scar even more. It's in a healing phase.
“'If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it's healing, there's a high possibility your nose will turn black and then die and fall off.”
After hearing the devastating diagnosis, Rodrigo gasps in horror, before the preview clip ends.
The Brazilian-born TV star has spent years giving himself the perfect body, determined to be as handsome and flawless as Barbie’s plastic boyfriend, Ken.
Rodrigo currently lives in London but also divides his time between his properties in both LA and Marbella.
The op addict has had over 51 plastic surgeries and 103 cosmetic procedures - leading to his famous nickname.
